D’Arcy brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical and health experience including roles in advertising, public relations, product management, and strategic planning. As a Senior Vice President at Edelman, D’Arcy focused on developing a market access offering for Edelman’s healthcare clients.
At the Patient Experience Project, D’Arcy led agency teams working on orphan brands to engage patients, caregivers, and HCPs to co-create solutions that target unmet needs and improve patient outcomes.
As VP, Account Director at GSW D’Arcy worked in a leadership role in Lilly’s Integrated Marketing Network including the Diabetes Portfolio, the launch of Trulicity, as well as payer marketing for Lilly Diabetes brands.
Before that, D’Arcy spent 11 years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals starting in 1999 when Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America was launching the US Division as well as a new diabetes product, ACTOS. She held several marketing roles including Brand Director positions in cardiovascular marketing, diabetes portfolio strategy, and the launch brand, Nesina. D’Arcy’s experience at Takeda also includes marketing operations, the development and oversight of the commercial planning process, pharmaceutical sales leadership, as well as commercial input on development of early phase molecules and commercialization of brands in Phase III development.
She has worked in a wide range of therapeutic areas including central nervous system disorders, diabetes, oncology, women’s health, cardiovascular disease, and rare diseases.
D’Arcy supports numerous charities including the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, the New Albany Food Pantry, and participates in Pelotonia — the largest charity bike ride in the country — which raises funds for cancer research.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Geri has 30-plus years of healthcare marketing experience in a wide variety of therapeutic areas, including diabetes, CNS/neurodegenerative diseases, endocrinology, HIV, oncology, and cardiovascular medicine. She enjoys combining new tools and technologies with tried-and-true advertising and medical promotion to create positive changes in the way companies communicate with providers and patients.
Geri has supported Nuplazid for San Diego-based Acadia Pharmaceuticals and Natpara, a recombinant human parathyroid hormone marketed by Takeda (Shire) Pharmaceuticals. At Abelson-Taylor, Geri managed multiple teams to produce integrated multi-channel (print, web and digital) professional communications campaigns. She led the agency team for the launch of the antipsychotic LATUDA (Sunovion Pharmaceuticals) and the global launch of TARCEVA (Roche/Genentech) for pancreatic cancer. She also developed Abelson-Taylor’s first ever in-house training program while leading teams for Eli Lilly, Procter & Gamble, Bayer, and biotech giants Biogen, Genentech, and Amgen.
Other health agency assignments have included Scout, Havas Life, InTouch Solutions, TBWA, Havas Health, and Revolution Health.
Geri is a cum laude graduate of Loyola University of Chicago.
Tom brings decades of award-winning experience to FGT Health including experience in rare diseases, vaccine and nuclear medicine spaces. He specializes in reducing complex pieces of information into compelling and consumable communications.
During his career Tom has led creative teams on multiple accounts including J&J, Takeda, UCB, Lilly, Stryker and many more. His work includes a national Clio- and Cannes Silver Lion Award-winning television campaign for Stryker’s GetAroundKnee replacement system.
Tom has the rare ability to not only fully understand the science but to translate the science into messaging that creative teams can transform into advertising that builds brands and drives sales.
Tom graduated from the University of Maine with a B.A. in English.
Based in London, Avi specializes in providing strategic and commercial planning services to pharma and biotech companies. During his career, Avi has worked with a range of top companies in the pharmaceutical sector, driving global strategy, portfolio management, launch planning & excellence, and optimizing omnichannel engagement.
Avi has held a breadth of high-profile in-country, European and Global marketing & commercial roles at multiple global pharma companies. He holds a BSc (HONS) in Human Biology from Leeds University.
